| 🎓 Age Limit & Eligibility: | • Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025): 21 to 30 years (Age relaxation applicable for reserved categories as per government norms) • Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute (including Integrated Dual Degree – IDD). Professional qualifications like Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, Engineering, or Medical degrees are also eligible. • Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience as an officer in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank listed in the Second Schedule of the Reserve Bank of India. Experience in NBFCs, Cooperative Banks, Payment Banks, Small Finance Banks, or fintechs is not valid. • Additional Requirement: Proficiency in the local language (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) of the state applied for is mandatory. • Credit Score: Minimum CIBIL score of 680 or above at the time of joining, as per the bank’s policy. |
| 🧩 Selection Process: | • Online Test: Computer-Based Test (CBT) with 120 questions (120 marks) across four sections: English Language, Banking Knowledge, General/Economic Awareness, and Reasoning & Quantitative Aptitude (30 marks each, 30 minutes per section). Negative marking of 0.25 marks per wrong answer. • Psychometric Test or Language Proficiency Test (LPT): To assess behavioral competencies and local language skills. • Group Discussion and/or Interview: For candidates qualifying the online test. • Document Verification & Final Selection. |
